I draw on Theory U (Otto Scharmer), The Co-Active Leadership Model®, and practices from Social Presencing Theater, Thomas Hübl, and Gabor Maté. I am an ICF Certified Coach and certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile®.
I have spent more than 25 years co-piloting businesses, leading change, and managing complex projects in a global nutrition and wellness company. Those years taught me that transformation isn’t a communication problem — it’s a shift in consciousness.
I find inspiration in nature — hiking mountains, movement practice by the sea, and yes, ice baths too. Each reminds me that vitality, like leadership, arises from presence, movement, and connection.
Because in the end, leadership — like life — is an ongoing act of regeneration.
